HOW SECURE IS MY PERSON INFORMATION?

Cool Woodwork Comply's with the Highest Industry Standard to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer Technology), the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER

You can enter your order information on the Track Order page to check the status of your order.  Some products are shipped from other locations where you will receive an email once your items have been shipped.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes,we ship internationally.

 

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

International Shipping currently costs approximately $10.   

 

HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?

It usually takes 2-3 business days to process orders.

 

I'VE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER!  WHERE ARE THE REST?

Since we ship our items from multiple warehouses you might receive some of the items separately.  If you only received part of an order, there's no reason to worry, the rest of the items are on their way.

 

I'VE PUT A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR PICKED A WRONG SIZE/VARIANT!  CAN I CHANGE IT?

If this happens to you, contact us within 24 hours after you have made the purchase at support@coolwoodwork.com, we might be able to take care of it.  However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order. We will do our best to work through it together.

 

I FORGOT TO APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE AT CHECKOUT!  CAN I STILL GET THE DISCOUNT?

Contact us with your discount code.  We will do our best to try and apply the discount to your order.
